The tea's aroma is an almost equal balance of spearmint ("Nana Mint") and ginger. The mint is of good quality, with no stems apparent and no off flavors that are sometimes apparent in cheaper mint teas. Unfortunately, Wissotzky seems to have decided that all of their herbal teas, including this one, need to be sweetened with stevia. The citrus flavors and spiciness of the ginger offset the sweetness enough that it's not as prominent as in their other blends.
At five dollars for sixteen sachets, it's a bit expensive for boxed herbal tea, but it is clear that Wissotzky uses better ingredients than most competitors.
