The company was inspired after the couple had taken over Poppy's Tudor Tearooms in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, a few years prior. The company sells its own blends of tea and herbs, and has a particular focus on using tea as an ingredient in cooking.
The company sells mostly loose-leaf, but their signature Morgans Brew Tea blend is available in tea bags. In addition to selling online, the company also sells their teas locally in a few retail stores in the UK.
