It's not totally clear from the packaging exactly what this is made of, but the description suggests that it's a blend of peppermint and spearmint, and I think this is probably true after trying it.

In certain ways, this tea is similar in aroma to linden blossom tea, although is is richer and has more of a savory, spicy quality. Still somewhat floral, however.
