I am still feeling my way with Oolongs, so I followed Directions and brewed this at about 205 for about 2 minutes. I can't say enough good about this tea. It is lovely to look at, to smell and to taste. An absolutely superb jasmine, well worth every penny you spend on it. It is delicate, but gives a full mouth feel. The scent is easily the best, as is the taste and I do love Jasmine teas.
