I hope I'm reviewing the correct tea. The bag has no label, but it tastes like green tea and looks like sencha. This tea was given to me as a gift, so I'm giving the 3/5 score on the value purely as a placeholder.

This tea takes on a very different character depending on how much leaf you use and how you brew it. If you break it more weakly, is light, simple, and eminently pleasing, with a fresh, slightly vegetal aroma, and clean taste. Brewing it stronger, it takes on considerable bitterness and a very astringent aftertaste.

Clean tasting: there was little of the muted bitter aftertaste that I often find unpleasant, and little sourness. Slightly crisper than a typical chamomile. Aroma lighter and more floral than usual. Medium strength, perhaps a bit on the weak side.
Very pleasant and I would recommend this among loose chamomile tea...
