Simply exceptional! This is one of the teas that I think is much better than its commercial description suggests! This is the second tea I've tried from Rukeri estate; the first was a BOP grade from Upton Imports. This tea was similar and I loved both.

This was a remarkably good tea for a low price: a strong black tea that was still quite smooth and had great aromatic complexity and depth. One of the best broken-leaf teas I've ever tried.

The dry leaf smells amazing! It's a sort of sweet bready smell with toasty notes and a hint of wintergreen. It made me excited...

Wow, this tea is amazing! Definitely the best Orange Pekoe grade tea I've ever tried...and competes with the best of the best, things with those long labels like TGFOP and FTGFOP and the like.

The only tea I've ever tried from Rwanda: a humble teabag with finely-broken tea fannings.
