I am a big fan of pinhead gunpowder (Green) tea - and it is fun to watch it steep/brew as all the little balls unfurl. This one by Stash is moderately priced. Pinhead is never (or not that I have seen) sold in bags/sachets as you need it loos to watch it work its magic.

This is an easy-drinking green tea with grassy notes an a faint whiff of herbs (I dunno - but I get an herbaceous quality if you let it steep long enough.) I like Tea Forte - and their packaging is excellent. Overpriced - plus their NYC shop quickly opened and closed in a flash about 9 years ago - but this was fun to try. Grassy but not bitter. Smooth and easy to drink hot. Never tried it iced.
