I will likely revise this review after a few more times trying this tea. It seems high quality with a grassy quality, but I can’t decide how I feel about the bitter undertones. Very smooth, fresh tea. I definitely like the lighter, non-bitter taste of Darjeelings compared against regular black teas. Despite leaving the leaves to brew a little longer than I originally intended (meant to brew for 3 minutes, but ended up closer to 5), this is a very smooth tea. I brewed it at 180 °F. Very interesting tea! It's only my second Darjeeling and, so far, I think this will be my preferred style of black tea.
