St. John's Wort is the only ingredient in this tea, and I like its taste, but if this is something you enjoy I think you'd be better off buying Yogi Blues Away. There's very little leaf in the teabags, which themselves are fragile and prone to tearing. I tried this brand because I hoped it might be better value than the Blues Away, but it really isn't.
Edit: I take back some of what I said. This tea actually does have a strong, distinctive flavor... but it only showed up after I had it steeping for over an hour in my travel cup. Take that as you will. The thing about the teabags being prone to tearing definitely remains, though--it broke in my cup and I wound up drinking a lot of loose leaves. I typically keep steeping my tea the whole time I drink it, and most of the time this renders my tea quite strong.
