I don't love lemon. Regardless, if you do, this seems to be as reasonable of a presentation of the natural flavor as you'll find in a hot beverage, short of cooking lemonade. Perusing the ingredients, this should be expected with three different plant sources of the lemon ester: lemongrass, lemon verbena and lemon (fruit) peel, along with what may be an unnecessary soy-lecithin-based "natural lemon flavor" (soy alert, for those sensitive thereto).
The aroma (all rather evenly represented between dry-bag, in-cup and wet bag), and flavor, are of course, very "lemony" with a thin but noticeable grassy or vegetal veneer. I didn't get much sourness from this tea until the aftertaste, when it swirled and hung around the back of my palate as if Tarzan was swinging from my uvula. Another sip, whether of this tea or a different drink, solved that. Although I got this at no extra cost at a hotel, and wouldn't buy a box due to my general apathy toward lemon as a flavor, I can see why it gets some good reviews below. It does not shortchange its advertised taste.

I was not expecting this tea to be good, but it's excellent. The flavor is balanced excellently between the lemon and something fruity; it's full and citrusy and refreshing. It's free on my campus, but I might actually buy it.

Easily my favorite tea (well, tisane) by Bigelow so far! I'm a fan of lemon, hibiscus, and rosehips, so I was looking forward to trying this one and was not disappointed--at least, for the first cup. The second cup was WAY weaker, even after a long steeping.
The first cup was a very balanced and perky fusion of the lemon and the hibiscus. It brewed up a slightly cloudy pink. The second cup, however, was a thin but darkish yellow, and it barely tasted like flavored water. For this reason, I'd very much like to try a "whole leaf" version of the same ingredients.
Because the two cups were so different, I divided up how I did my ratings this time. My aroma and flavor ratings above are based on the first cup, whereas the value and overall ratings are based on both. I would have rated both higher if the second cup hadn't dropped off so much in quality.

strong lemon smell and taste as advertised, however it seems that it is a one trick pony and that is the only flavor there is. It's a good flavor, but wish that there was a bit more mouthfeel or something to it...good though x2

Better than Lemon ift and a very brightly scented herbal blend. No tea - more of a tisane. Very lemony and great hot if you are congested.

I LOVE lemon, so I would rate this highly. It is much better than Celestial Seasonings lemon based teas.

Intense lemon, with whispers of spice like cinnamon and cardamon.

Very lemoney. A bit too sour but I'm thankful it's not more so. A few other things going on in the aroma but it's still mostly lemon. Not my favorite choice of herbal tea but perfectly drinkable.
