In the past few years, we've experimented with many "new" types of pu-erh and this is one of our favorites. Its smooth, sweet and malty character reveals many wonderful flavors through multiple infusions. Try rinsing two times and brewing with cooler water than you would other pu-erhs.

195°F / Leaves: 5–6 gram piece per 8–12 ounces / Infusion Time: 5–6 minutes.
