Commercial Description
... This batch of Shincha was harvested in Kagoshima at about 450 meters above sea level on April 18th and is a Chumushi, or mid-steamed tea with a vivid green infusion and smooth flavor.
Brewing Instructions: (from Rishi Tea)
Water: 160°F / Leaves: 1 tablespoon or 6-7 grams per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 1 minute
