Commercial Description
Kukicha is noted for its fresh green flavor and low astringency. Our Organic Kukicha has an emerald green infusion and creamy mouthfeel with a balanced bittersweet and umami flavor.

Water: 185°F / Leaves: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 3–4 minutes

A friend who knows the owners of Rishi brewed a cup of this then gave me a sample to take home. I brewed some for friends who normally will only drink Oolong -- they loved it too.
