Commercial Description
Henan Province is the area furthest north for tea cultivation. Since the climate is colder, the harvest is later than other green teas, and the leaves are smaller. Our Xin Yang Mao Jian is for tea drinkers who enjoy a robust, rich taste with a lighter floral aroma. Tea makers achieve this by harvesting at the end of April with a standard picking of 1 bud to 2 leaves.
