Commercial Description

Green tea is an unfermented tea. When brewed,it has a light greenish-yellow color, a fresh flavor, and a pure aroma. Green tea has been reported to contain vitamin C, many amino acids, and among teas, the highest concentration of catechins which has been reported by researchers to help prevent cancer.

Brewing Instructions: (from Ten Ren Tea)

The water used to steep green tea should be about 160°F or 70°C to prevent scalding the leaves.
