Commercial Description
This select lot is composed of attractive, well-made leaves complemented by a generous portion of golden tips. The refined liquor is complex and full flavored, with notes of fruits and spices, and revitalizing pungency. The cup is smooth and can be taken plain, and with milk if desired.

The dry leaf of this tea is straight and thin, giving it a twiggy appearance; it has a light, fruity aroma.
Brewed, this tea is slightly Keemun-like, but with less of the earthy qualities, and a much stronger flavor. It also has some honey-like qualities reminiscent of some greener oolongs, which are hard to notice because this tea's strength and darker character make it bear little other resemblance to these teas.
I found this tea to have a fairly strong savory quality, or umami taste.
This tea is good when brewed as instructed, but some people may wish to shorten the steeping time if the flavor is too overwhelming.
