English Breakfast (Black Tea Signature Collection)
|
Commercial Description
An uplifting blend of zesty Ceylon teas expertly combined with rich, robust Indian teas.
RateTea Notes
This blend also contains safflower blossoms; although normally we would not classify a blend including any non-tea ingredients as a pure tea, the addition of these blossoms is usually primarily aesthetic, so we left this tea in the English Breakfast category, which is normally reserved for pure teas.

This has a pleasant, earthy aroma that fades too quickly once you drink it. I was let down by the fairly bland taste. It's labeled as a blend of Ceylon and Indian teas; the Ceylon taste comes through the strongest and there isn't much to it past that.
It's acceptable with some additions, but I doubt I'd get it again.
Price paid: 7.5 cents/g.
