Berries and hibiscus tea go together so well. The bold, tart flavor is delicious, and the fruit cuts what might otherwise be sour by adding more flavor and sweetness. This is a very well balanced herbal tea, in my opinion. I've only tried this tea hot so far, but it sounds perfect for chilled teas too. My only complaint is that it doesn't hold up as well to multiple infusions as most loose teas. The first cup is by far the most flavorful and delicious. The second cup is notably weaker.
