↑About Simply Balanced
Simply Balanced is a brand of food products sold in Target stores. Target markets it as the "wellness" brand of grocery products.[1] Simply Balanced includes a line of teas, which include some organic and some fair trade certified teas.
Although the products are listed and viewable on Target's websites, the teas are only sold in stores.
The Simply Balanced brand is oriented towards healthy and organic foods; Target has committed to make this brand completely free of GMO's by the end of 2014, and increase the organic offerings to 25% of the brand by 2017. The brand also completely excludes artificial flavors, which are sometimes found in flavored teas of other brands.[2] The organic products currently include most or possibly all of the teas from this brand.

When I scanned the product bar code into My Fitness Pal, the MFP app returned Stash Organic breakfast blend black tea.
If it is Target's reselling/repackaging of the Stash's tea, it is a great deal at $3.49 for 20 bags.
It tastes very good.
Yummy! It's a beautiful red color, the aroma is nice, and the flavor isn't too astringent for being mostly hibiscus - it's summery and tropical and fresh. I brewed the first cup for a little less than three minutes, and got a decent second cup out of it.
Read Full ReviewMy granddaughters and I love this tea. We use the organic honey sold by Target in the tea and it melds well with the tartness. My granddaughters (ages 7 & 9) like to add organic milk to their tea. It is very good. Smooths out the tartness. I love it and I also use it with my CALM magnesium powder.
Read Full ReviewThis blend is mostly hibiscus and tastes a lot like straight hibiscus tea; it's a pretty high-quality example of this, for a tea bag. Thanks Brytta for sharing this sample!
Brews up an intense red color, very clear too (I drank this in a glass teacup, and it was nice to see).

I tried this tea hoping it'd be a less expensive version of the full leaf Passion flavor by Tazo. It isn't as sophisticated or as sweet as that tea, but it's quite good--especially when you're in the mood for something tart!
A deep reddish purple quickly diffuses once the water is poured. The smell is quite nice and...
