Brews a hazy yellow-green color. A lot of fine, granular particles sink to the bottom of the cup.

This was not what I expected; a very smooth English breakfast tea. Very full-bodied and mild, more sweet than bitter. Creamy, and a bit bland flavor-wise.
Aroma is unusual...the dominant quality is vanilla and caramel, but in those subtle ways that pure teas exhibit these sorts of qualities. Slightly flat tasting...

I tend to like Ceylon greens and I also like the typical Moroccan mint blends, so I was optimistic about this one. But this tea uses peppermint rather than spearmint.
