Citrus & Ginkgo Organic Green Tea from Good Life Tea

Style: Flavored Green Tea – Region: India

57 / 100 Aroma: 5/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 3/5

The aroma of this tea is pretty potently citrus, lots and lots of lemon! Luckily it is not a fake lemon aroma, it smells much like I just stuck my nose inside a crate full of fresh lemons along with the aroma of crushed lemon leaves. The taste is, well, light and uninspiring, which is a surpris...

77 / 100 Aroma: 7/10 Flavor: 4/5 Value: 4/5
Aug. 3rd, 2014

The aroma is exactly what you expect from a Genmaicha, if you have never had the pleasure of sniffing one, the notes are a blend of roasted rice, a touch of honey sweetness, a bit of freshly mown grass and hay, and just a touch of fresh vegetation. It is a delightful blend of green tea and popped rice, the aroma is one...
