The aroma is mild and sweet, with notes of dried cherry and peonies (aha, so that is where the name comes from!) with a very delicate note of nasturtium and raisins, vaguely reminding me of a Darjeeling.
Ok, I have to say it, HOLY MOLY FLOWERS! Hehe, the taste is super flowery, with a blend of peony and honeysuckle...

First up, the aroma is like spring time, specifically it evokes my favorite flower (ok one of them, I really love flowers) peony! I really wanted to like this tea. "Camellia Sinensis" has a very good reputation and I'm a huge fan of Jun Shan Yin Zhen. Unfortuantely, while this particular tea is GOOD and has a near-excellent value, it isn't GREAT.
