I would give this tea a good rating. I started drinking it yesterday for my lost voice, sore throat and cold, and three cups and 12 hours later I could talk again. A weakly-flavored, not very aromatic tea experience. If you're looking for a very mild, decaffeinated tea that's easy on the stomach, this is a good choice, but if you were hoping for intense flavors, maybe try something else.

Despite sitting around my kitchen for some time, the "100% ginger root" in this tea bag still seems fresh and enjoyable. The spearmint in this tea gives it a very gum-like aroma, which I found somewhat off-putting. The tea itself seems relatively mild, but it does leaves a very pronounced cool menthol feeling in the back of my throat.
