Commercial Description

High in the northern mountains of the Fujian Province of China, tea leaf buds are hand-picked, steamed, and hand-rolled. Unopened Jasmine flowers are then picked, mixed with the tea pearls and left to sit overnight under large sheets of rice paper. As the flowers open, the tea pearls absorb the fragrance creating an aromatic, jasmine infusing which brews a smooth flavor with a lightly sweet floral aroma.
