I picked this up at a Whole Foods in Portland and it is an instant favorite!
The aroma is delightful, this tea is why air freshener and candle companies sell fragrances called "White Peony"
This tea has a fabulous light floral flavor with a mild honeysuckle sweetness. I like to give it a nice long steep to draw out the caffeine and make the flavor fuller. Even with these long steeps you would never call the flavor strong. Even with a long steep, I pretty much always steep this twice and get a flavorful cup. You could probably do more if you only steep for the recommended few minutes.
I found this a bit pricey, especially considering the amount of leaf recommended per cup but I enjoy this tea so much I don’t mind paying the premium until I find something I like as much for cheaper.
