When I first bought this tea, I had such a bad cold that I could taste any difference between this and, say, gunpowder. It all just tasted like hot water to me.
Luckily, this turned out to have a bit more flavour and aroma once my cold cleared and I could taste things again.
The dry tea has relatively little aroma, I find, but the brewed tea smells the same and much stronger: citric and nicely acidic, but not too sour. It has a hint of warm sweetness as well. However, the taste is rather bland. If I drink it in large fast sips I can taste the lemon/orange. I'm not saying it tastes bad, it just doesn't really taste like anything much. It leaves a funny aftertaste.
At €5 for 200 grams, the price would be decent, except not really worth it considering the quality.
Besides the black tea, bergamot, lemon and orange rinds, this tea includes cornflower petals. They look lovely but I have no idea what they contribute to the flavour. I've seen cornflower in several tea blends but I can't recall having seen tea flavoured with just cornflower. It might just be aesthetic.
