Commercial Description

The Big Red (da hong pao) has a subtle red colour and a rich, nutty and smokey aftertaste. Particularly suited to English tea drinkers, it's great in the mornings or when you need a bit of a kick. A healthy alternative to 'builders tea' and great served at breakfast.

Brewing Instructions: (from Min River Tea Farm)

Use boiling water, and steep for roughly 1-2 minutes. Can be brewed multiple times.
