Dragon Well (Long Jing)
|
Commercial Description
2013 Picked before the Qing Ming festival (April 5th), the leaves that make-up this wonderful tea were allowed to grow very slowly and sparsely over the winter, absorbing nutrients from the soil and developing great depth of flavor....The resulting emerald liquor has a magical flavor of sweet chestnut and touches of soft spring flowers.

A very positive review, describing this tea as subtle, mellow, sweet, buttery, and nutty, among other descriptors. The photos show a very light liquor to the cup, and Brittiny remarks that this is a tea that gets better upon drinking.
