Commercial Description
Because of its provenance and crafting style, Snow Peony's character is different from Fujian white teas. Rather than soft and mild, it is robust, with some of the aromatic and flavor characteristics of an unfermented green Pu-erh from Yunnan. The nose carries the aroma of sweet apricots followed by fresh milled grain. The flavor is sharper and more distinct as well.
