Tea Tree Flowers yield a smooth and rich bodied infusion with a sweet, slightly sour and fruity note of fermented honey. Tea Tree Flowers are hand-harvested from the same antique tea trees that provide our Ancient Tree Pu-erh, Green, White and Black Teas. The Tea Flowers are hand-harvested in limited quantities during autumn and winter.

Water: 185–190°F / Leaves: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 3–4 minutes
