A pleasing, rather neutral, caffeine-free herbal tea.
Brews a light orange infusion. Above average among the totality of herbal blends and teas that I've sampled from Ronnefeldt, but I did not like it as much as their straight black teas.
Complex and balanced. Aroma grassy, minty; the minty tones are almost between peppermint and wintergreen, and strong cinnamon finish. Smooth flavor but interesting, with a hint of bitterness, some sweetness, and a fair amount of depth. My only complaint was that the combination of mint and cinnamony-sweetness gave this a flavor that was slightly reminiscent of mouthwash. However, when I did not think about it in this way, I found I enjoyed it a lot.
Impressive for a tea bag. Ingredients taste relatively fresh and high-quality to me.
