Commercial Description
Sencha flavored with genuine lemon grass and lemon peels. Very good chilled.
Brewing Instructions: (from SpecialTeas)
Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water until steam rises (180ยบ F);let steep for 1 min.

Strong in sent, mild in taste. While there are lemon peels in the tea, the dominant flavor comes from the lemon grass. Good sencha is used, not grassy or astringent.
