Bai Hao Oolong

Commercial Description
One of our favorite China oolongs, hand harvested in mid-summer. Bai Hao has large, tightly-twisted leaves with an abundance of silver tips. More fermented than many oolongs, it brings lovely peachy notes with a light liquor and aroma.
Brewing Instructions: (from Steven Smith Teamaker)
For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to 190 degrees. Steep three minutes.
