Commercial Description
Grown at 3500 feet above sea level on the eastern slope of Sri Lanka's central mountains, this tea is intensely floral and slightly sharp, with a golden cup color. In the Ceylonese grading system, BOP1 means a well twisted, large leaf.
Brewing Instructions: (from Steven Smith Teamaker)
For best flavor, bring freshly drawn filtered water to a boil. Steep five minutes
