Darvilles of Windsor is a tea company based in Windsor, Berkshire, UK. The company was founded in 1860 as a grocery store that had its own tea blending business. At its peak, the company owned 21 grocery stores, in addition to a wholesale tea business. The tea business has persisted through the years.
Darvilles of Windsor sells four varieties of black tea, four varieties of herbal tea, and three varieties of organic green tea. Their teas are available both loose and in tins. Darvilles of Windsor was a holder of a Royal Warrant, meaning they are a supplier for the Royal Household, for 50 years, starting in 1946 under King George VI.

I enjoyed this so much that I traveled to Windsor Farm Shop in UK to buy it. Quite strong, so I often initially steep briefly in a small amount of water, toss, and steep again in a full size teapot. Truly lovely!

I found this to be fine quality, aromatic tea with the right amount of bergamot flavoring. Although I bought mine on sale, I think the quality merits a higher price for a high grade English tea.
