Irish Breakfast from Adagio Teas

This is truly a seamless blend, as Adagio calls it, of their Ceylon Sonata and Assam Melody teas. It stands up well to milk and sugar, but doesn't *need* it as some Irish Breakfast teas do.

A lifelong fan of traditional black Darjeelings, I was intrigued by the idea of a Darjeeling oolong. Directions called for steeping 2 heaping teaspoons per cup, 212F/100C, 3-4 minutes.
