This tea is made by a special drying process that makes the tea very smooth. This is a great everyday tea and does not bitter to easily. Can be steeped three times, but try not to use water that is too hot. This comes from Wulu area of Fujian. Drying is done by a baking-stirring-drying-rolling process.
