Commercial Description
Dong Ding Light is one of the original oolongs, made in the mountains in the middle of Taiwan. There are two schools of production, and we like to offer both. This is one we have sourced over the years, and is a lightly roasted oolong with nice lemon and vegetal flavors.

Very pale yellow liquor, delicate flavor. More aroma than taste for me. Tasty, but a bit too subtle for my old palate
