The aroma of this tea is clean and straightforward, with a slight pungency that perks you up. The taste is simple, mellow, and lightly sweet. It's a great tea to drink slowly, savoring the richness with every sip. The liquor is fairly dark but that doesn't really detract from the taste.
Although at the lowest end of their Yunnan offerings, this is still a very good tea and represents an excellent value.
