Got a sample of this online. It's a very dark brown, with some gold highlights. Brews up a clear dark red. I'm not so good at describing aroma and flavor, so I'll just say it smells and tastes like really good tea.
It's very smooth, just a hint of sweetness with no bitterness or astringency. It doesn't seem to have the caffeine kick of MTW's assam. I like it a lot.

This Ceylon is full of flavor. It is an excellent value for the money and I could happily drink this daily. In fact, I plan on ordering a pound of the damn stuff next time around. This tea makes me grin!

I have been drinking this blend for many years and have always found it to be of consistent quality. A hearty Ceylon blend.

A 'solid' Ceylon, I find it better than it's fannings grade counter part used in tea bags.
