This tea is unsweetened, yet the cinnamon imparts a significant sweetness to it. As someone who likes bitter teas, this one is actually a bit too sweet for me, even without adding anything to it. But I do appreciate the way they do not add any sweetener.
The aroma is mostly of cinnamon and orange, but the base black tea is definitely evident too. I don't know exactly what it is, but it has a fairly classic British-style black tea profile, like a typical Ceylon.
This isn't the sort of blend that I tend to be a fan of, but it was good for what it is. If you like these sorts of blends, I think you will find that this is among the better of them. And reasonably priced to boot!
