This was my first rose petal tea, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect.
The dried flower petals had a nice perfume scent, which I enjoyed because I'm really big on flowery teas. I can imagine that the floral scent wouldn't be for everyone.
The taste was smooth, mild, and pleasant. Nothing bitter about it.
I also really like that this tea is caffeine free!

I love rose petals, both for brewing as an herbal tea on their own, and for blending with both green and black teas. Brewed on their own they produce a surprisingly strong cup with a reddish color, pleasing rose aroma, and strong flavor. The aroma is very different from most of the light, airy floral aromas, and more like a fruit or berry.
These were a good example, and I'd say the second-best rose petals I've tried. Pleasing, sharp, pungent aroma and bold flavor, like I expect from rose. My only suggestion is that I could use even more boldness in flavor. These are perhaps slightly subdued, although more nuanced and smoother tasting, than other examples I've tried recently.
Price is competitive among organic-certified rose petals I've seen for sale, although markedly higher than non-organic rose petals.
This is a very good source and I'd recommend it highly.
