Commercial Description
The exotic blend of ginger, coconut and spicy black pepper complement our robust red rooibos in this caffeine free Ayurvedic blend. It provides a delicious departure from the ordinary.
Brewing Instructions: (from Teavana)
Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8 ounces of water. Heat water to just boiling (208 degrees) and steep for 5-6 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.

This dry tea smells truly amazing. Once brewed though, it had an aroma that's very unpleasant to me. The flavor is just like the aroma. It reminds m of something unpleasant from my past.
My BF loves it and is insisting we buy more. He drank his cup, and then mine. I guess it's a hit with one of us.
I'm splitting our ratings and ending with an average.

This infusion is great if you prepare frappe, cold and hot, with a Little of almond milk, and a Little sugar or honey for almond flavor and spice, I don´t be fan of infusion, but this is one of the greatest teavana have.

I'm normally not a fan of coconut-flavored teas, but the coconut in this blend is very subdued, and the dominant tones are rooibos and spice.
I notice that the ingredient list contains both sugar and artificial flavoring, both of which I'm not a huge fan of, but this blend is barely sweet, and it did not have much of an artificial smell or flavor.
The dominant quality is the rooibos and ginger. Spicy aroma, and surprisingly tangy flavor. I thought it might even contain a dash of hibiscus, because of the sourness and cooked fruit aroma, but apparently it does not.
This is not the sort of blend I would normally like, but I thought it exceptionally well-executed for what it is. It is one of the cheapest blends sold by Teavana, but I still found it to be somewhat overpriced, especially for a blend that contains artificial flavoring.

I love the taste and smell of this tea. I often drink it with milk and honey as a substitute for breakfast. It's more reasonably priced than many other Teavanna teas, but it is still above the price range that I would find preferable.

This is one of my absolute favorite teas. It is a great morning pick-me-up or anytime in the day. It seems more like a treat than a typical beverage.
The flavors are distinct although the ginger doesn't always seem to come through. The aroma is fantastic, and a tough of sugar in the raw or stevia go a long way with this tea.

I mixed this flavored rooibos with jasmine pearl dragon gunpowder rolls. I've been very happy with the tea. It drinks with a full body and spicy almost cinnamon aroma. The coconut is present but subtle. The ginger really only shows upon a second infusion. Unpleasant to drink extremely hot.
