A pleasantly mellow tea, unlike anything else I've tried before. Definitely noticeable as a Vietnamese tea; it's interesting how both their black and green teas share certain characteristics in common.
Very smooth, little bitterness, even when steeped for a long time. I find a hint of lemon in the aroma, which is pretty mild overall. Light and fresh for a black tea, but without being crisp.
I find Upton's brewing recommendations to work beautifully. This isn't my favorite black tea but it's very pleasant and nice for a change of pace. Very inexpensive too!
