Having never had Irish Breakfast tea before I was a bit taken aback when I opened the container to not find tea leaves, but little pellets like the low cost tea my brother buys! A rather strong and sharp tea that suits milk tea very well. I tend to mix this with other teas to make their flavor more mild. It’s my go to if I just want rich delicious milk tea with honey.

This has a smooth, rich flavor, although with a touch of sharpness (short steeping time is better). It practically begs to have milk added, which I don't typically do.
