↑About Infuze
Infuze Tea & Teaware was a tea company, based in New Jersey, and founded in June of 2013, by Chris Morrissey and his fiance Alyssa. The company has closed, with no announcement or explanation of why; the last activity on their social media was in May of 2014. The company sold loose-leaf tea and teaware. The loose-leaf tea included both pure, single-origin teas, and flavored teas.
Infuze also sold etched-glass teaware, made from heat-resistant borosilicate glass, including mason jar mugs, glass tumblers with a built-in strainer, and glass teapots. The philosophy of the glass teaware was to draw attention to the leaf of the tea, and the process of infusion as the tea is being brewed.

Read Full ReviewI was curious to try this one; I have been impressed with Infuze's other teas. I tend not to like flavored teas, but I think that oolongs, especially darker ones, often have a natural fruity aroma that blends well with flavorings of stone fruit like peach or apricot.

I like gunpowder tea a lot, but I find it is often a low-quality tea, often harsh and lacking complexity. This was a higher-quality example, although it still wasn't among my favorite of Chinese green teas in this price range. I found it hard to brew to satisfaction, but very good when I did.

I really enjoyed this tea. Dry leaf is dark with golden tips, and has a strong and pleasant aroma of dried fruit, like raisins.
Flavor is very smooth, cup has just enough astringency to give it a pleasant body...aroma is strongly of dried fruit, with tones of vanilla, and a sort of bready finish, tending towards to...
