Earl Grey from Kusmi Tea
Style: Earl Grey Tea – Region: China65 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 3/5

Bought a tin last time I was in Paris from their store. They have a lot of earl grey teas which made me a little skeptical on how "specialised" they could be with all these blends, but I still decided to buy a tin.
It has a nice aroma that sticks, but the tea itself I would say is average. Not sure which blend they...
Imperial Label from Kusmi Tea
Style: Flavored Green Tea – Region: Blend87 / 100 Aroma: 10/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 4/5

I live in Paris and Kusmi happens to be one of the widely available teas here that is much more drinkable than the standards of Lipton and Twinnings.
The Imperial Label is especially nice to drink because of the overall experience which surrounds the taste. It's sweet/spicy/rich smell has soul-warming powers.
I a...
Troika from Kusmi Tea
Style: Flavored Black Tea – Region: Blend80 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 5/5 Value: 3/5

This is my first time trying any of Kusmi’s Teas! I took advantage of one of their free shipping/% off deals and boy am I glad that I did! I am not too much into Earl Grey nowadays, though I used to be a big ‘double bergamot’ person. Times have changed for me I suppose :P This is an Earl Grey with additional thin...

I'm going to stop drinking the Kusmi teas for awhile because every time I open the little tin, they smell amazing, but after steeping, there's not much aroma, and not much overall flavor. Maybe these need to be sweetened to bring out more flavor. I will try that next.
I do think that if something is called "Spic...
Almond Green Tea from Kusmi Tea
Style: Flavored Green Tea – Region: China63 / 100 Aroma: 7/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 3/5

This was ok. The smell was really good, and I can taste the almond, although it's definitely a mild flavor.
The green tea base is a little grassy, but I guess that's normal. The almond was enough to balance it. Does this taste like almond grass? Kind of. But I would say the almond is first, then grassy almond m...
Four Red Fruits from Kusmi Tea
Style: Fruit Black Tea – Region: Blend47 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 2/5 Value: 2/5

Smells nice! But there's not much in the flavor department.
I hope this isn't going to be the trend with Kusmi teas. I'm glad I bought the smaller sampler sizes and I hope I'm going to find at least a few that are winners for me!
Prince Vladimir from Kusmi Tea
Style: Flavored Black Tea – Region: Blend53 / 100 Aroma: 6/10 Flavor: 2/5 Value: 3/5

This tea smells amazing before steeping. Kind of a herbal/citrus scent. But after brewing, it just smells ok. Less herbal, more citrus, but very light on even that scent.
The taste is just ok. I don't hate it. I don't love it. I wouldn't buy again because I don't love it. I don't taste much citrus. This taste...
Euphoria from Kusmi Tea
Style: Flavored Yerba Maté – Region: Blend63 / 100 Aroma: 8/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 3/5

This smells like heaven in a tin, but unfortunately, the flavor isn't quite as good as the aroma.
This was brewed for 5 minutes. It smells like chocolate and oranges. The flavor matches the scent, but it just tasted weak.
I'm going to try brewing this in a different temperature water, and will also try a cold...

Style: Vanilla Black Tea – Region: Blend63 / 100 Aroma: 7/10 Flavor: 3/5 Value: 3/5

The aroma of this tea is mild with notes of vanilla, oak, and fruit. The steeped leaves lose the aroma of vanilla (it is all in the liquid) with notes of fruit and malt.
The taste is fairly mild and subtly sweet and creamy. Not an outstanding tea but a pleasant dessert or morning sip.
Earl Grey from Kusmi Tea

When I bought it, I ask in my mind, is it Earl Grey? and it is.
The flavor of black tea and bergamot are incredible. 3 infusions I made with this tea, in my opinion is a very good tea.
Russian Morning No. 24 from Kusmi Tea

A really fresh-tasting, strong, well-flavored blend. Not a lot of nuance, but hey, it's morning. One of their better ones.

One of the best of the Kusmi teas. Light and fragrant, well-balanced, really pleasant. It lacks the heaviness that many of their teas have, which is good in the evening. Perhaps with some cinammon toast to end the day.

The essence of Russian tea. It has an incense like quality that speaks of mystery. It is somewhat heavy, but light at the same time. It just takes you to a samovar on the sideboard and glasses of tea in the afternoon.
