It is a good tea - upmarket for standard tea which is not known to be very good quality anymore in the UK although I live in Canada where the same applies. An acquired taste for some although I like it - not the cheapest tea to buy and not really worth it if youre not into it. Can understand that as the color is not initially appealing to new tasters. I find it better than economy greens which often lack flavor

I believe it is actually a CTC although it is a very good tasting tea, warm and pleasant and very good without milk. Similar to smooth premium Ceylon in taste
