I am a little confused about the labeling of this tea. It says it is high grown but the tea I have had from Ceylon that is grown at 6000 feet is usually a lot lighter in color and not quite as bold in taste. This tea has a woody smell. It tastes of of coffee, chocolate and smoke but not overpoweringly. It is a full bodied tea with a malty taste. I have also found the taste changes drastically with brewing time. Shorter brews do not seem to produce the coffee/chocolate taste as much. It is never bitter unless over stee...
