The aroma starts out with a strong note of dried apples giving it a blend of sweet and just a hint of tart, this moved onto pepper, cloves, a but of cinnamon, and just a touch of cardamon and coconut at the finish. It certainly smells like a chai, but it has a tropical edge from the coconut and a much milder spice prof...Read Full Review

The aroma from my little pile of CTC leaves and spices is sweet, spicy, and malty! There is a strong ginger note, a moderately strong note of cardamon, and lastly a mellow note of malt and a finish of cinnamon. Read Full Review
This is a very mellow Chai, taken traditionally with milk (ok I use Half & Half since I love creaminess) ...

Very sweet and very spicy are the first things I notice when appreciating this tea. The leaves and spices are a beautiful combination of colors...pardon me while I ogle this tea for a moment. The aroma blends earthiness, floral (mostly rose), pepper, and fennel notes with little hints of licorice and coriander for a po...Read Full Review

The aroma of the tea is expectantly spicy, deliciously so, I would go as far as mouth-wateringly so, but it is no secret that I go gaga for spices. The Assam is rich and malty with notes of molasses as well, it is quite sweet, also the spices are strong but well balanced. None of this cinnamon elbowing its way to the f...Read Full Review

The aroma is a happy dance of sweet chocolate, rich spices, and nutty coconut. It reminds me a bit of xocolatl but with coconut and the earthiness of black tea. This tea smells delicious.Read Full Review

he aroma is quite yummy and evocative of autumn. The allspice and ginger are the most prominent aroma with the cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg dancing around in the background, and there is a nice malty undertone. It blends the spices with bright black tea aroma that is nothing short of mouthwatering.Read Full Review

The aroma is sweet and creamy with a nice blend of spices. Steeping the teabag brings out the vanilla creaminess and reminds me of non dairy vanilla creamy. Not much in the way of tea aroma at all.Read Full Review

The aroma is a wonderful mix of earthiness and spice, especially cardamon. Once brewed the flavor becomes earthy, loamy, and spicy. It reminds me of a spiced forest floor. The brewed tea has an oaky aroma also with cardamon. Read Full Review

The best part of this tea is the aroma, so many wonderful spices that are nostalgic and wonderful. You can even smell the hint of Rum. Read Full Review
The taste is mild and well balanced with the spices, luckily no one thing overpowers which can be a problem with cinnamon heavy teas.

Sadly the aroma and the taste did not match, I found the tea underwhelming. Still a nice clove taste but really that is it. I am sadly disappointed.

So many spices and appley goodness! It is like a perfect Apple cider with a Masala style zing. It is perfect for a cold morning. The aroma or both the leaves and the liquid is like autumn, all apples and warm spices. My only complaint is that the apple cider taste seems to drown out the tea making it more like drinking...Read Full Review

This chai is not bad but it is also not very overwhelming. I was hoping for more of a rich spicy chai with a chocolate zing but it was mainly a mild chai with more chocolate aroma than taste. Read Full Review
